Day 2: December 10, 2025.

Topic: Blessing for All Nations

Scripture: Genesis 12:3: “I will bless those who bless you,   and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth  will be blessed through you.” (NIV)

Cross-Reference: Galatians 3:8 “Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: “All nations will be blessed through you.

Reflection:
When God called Abram out of Ur, He wasn’t merely forming a nation, He was unfolding a promise that would bless every nation. Through Abraham’s lineage, the Messiah would come, bringing salvation to all people. What began as a covenant with one man was always meant to reach the ends of the earth.

This is the gospel hidden in the Old Testament: God’s blessing through Christ transcends bloodlines, borders, and barriers. The baby born in Bethlehem would one day stretch His arms wide on the cross, embracing the world in redeeming love. Christmas reminds us that God’s heart has always been missional. That is reaching the lost, healing the broken, and drawing the nations to Himself.

In Jesus, the promise to Abraham is complete. You are part of that global blessing. You are chosen, redeemed, and sent to reflect His light to others.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You that through Jesus, I am part of Your eternal promise. Let my life be a vessel of blessing to others. May my words, actions, and heart reflect Your global love this Christmas. Amen.
