Key Verse:
“Praising God and enjoying the favour of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.” (Acts 2:47, NIV)
Reflection:
The early church was marked by two things: worship and favour. As believers lived in unity, generosity, and joy, God’s favour rested on them. That favour drew others to the faith. It was not their strategy that caused growth, but the divine grace that made their community radiant and attractive.
When God’s favour is upon you, it multiplies influence and impact. It causes your life, ministry, or work to bear fruit beyond your effort. People are drawn to the presence of God in you. Favour is a sign that God is at work, producing results that exceed human planning.
This kind of favour is not only for individuals but for the body of Christ. When believers walk in love and worship together, God’s blessing multiplies among them.
Application:
Live in a spirit of praise and unity. Let your life reflect God’s goodness so that others are drawn to Him. Seek favour not for status, but for influence that leads others to Christ.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the favour that draws people to You. Let my life and my church reflect Your love, so others may come to know You. Amen.
Daily Declaration:
God’s favour multiplies grace, influence, and fruitfulness in my life.
